When you’re watching TV or browsing the internet, you often come across commercials, and I’m sure many of you have had a song from one of them get stuck in your head.

In this article, we’ll introduce lots of noteworthy CM (commercial) songs—whether it’s a tune you can’t quite name but can’t stop thinking about, or a song you only heard a snippet of in the ad and want to listen to in full.

It’s titled “100 PROMISE” to convey the idea of cultivating outstanding medical professionals from zero.

The CM features “you are,” performed by R&B singer Arche.

The lyrics, delivered with richly groovy vocals, encourage us not to focus on what we lack, but to cherish what we already have and move forward.

It’s an inspiring, empowering message that lifts your spirits.

Disney★JCB Card “Mickey & Friends: In Real Life”

What We Got ~A Miracle With You~King&Prince

This is a commercial introducing the JCB card designed with Mickey and friends, “Mickey & Friends In Real Life.” As the phrase “In Real Life” suggests, the theme is that Mickey and his friends appear in the real world.

The card features an illustration of them crossing a crosswalk against the backdrop of Shibuya.

The commercial uses the song “What We Got ~Kiseki wa Kimi to~” performed by King & Prince.

Released in August 2025, this track is a remake of the 2016 song “What We Got (Mickey’s Birthday Song).” It’s a bright, upbeat number that conveys a sense of friendship with Mickey and his friends, with new Japanese lyrics added to an updated arrangement.
