Do you know about meditation?

Basically, you close your eyes and either think quietly or, conversely, empty your mind.

By calming the mind through meditation, it is said to help reduce stress and improve your overall condition.

Frequency 963 Hz

In recent years, Solfeggio frequencies have been attracting attention in the fields of naturopathy and music therapy.

Often referred to as an “ancient scale,” the Solfeggio scale was used in Gregorian chant and consists of nine different frequencies.

Among them, the highest frequency, 963 Hz, is said to be the “frequency that connects with the cosmos.”

sound of a waterfall

[Ambient Sounds / ASMR] Shiraito Falls: 3 hours of soothing waterfall and river murmurs – recovery for a tired body and mind, relaxation effects, ideal for studying or working, and for creating a healing atmosphere. (No mid-roll ads included)
sound of a waterfall

Among the sounds of nature, the roar of a waterfall seems particularly powerful.

It’s said that playing the sound of a waterfall for a baby can sometimes stop them from crying.

It may help improve concentration, promote better sleep, induce relaxation, ease nighttime crying in infants, and even reduce headaches.

Since people have practiced ascetic training at waterfall basins since long ago, perhaps it’s that, despite being loud, the sound doesn’t feel noisy—that quality might be what makes it so appealing.

tuning fork

[Frequency 4096 Hz Tuning Fork Only] Opens the celestial gate that connects heaven and earth, promotes purification of space and mind/body, improves the energy environment, and enhances relaxation! [For Sleep, Meditation, Study]
tuning fork

When people think of tuning forks, many probably imagine tools for tuning musical instruments.

However, just like with instruments, it’s said that tuning forks can be used to tune various parts of the body—organs, cells, even DNA.

Surprising, isn’t it? It’s also claimed that listening to the sound of a tuning fork induces alpha waves in the brain and improves blood circulation.

It might be worth a try.

singing bowl

A singing bowl is a sacred ritual instrument passed down in Nepalese Buddhism and Tibetan Vajrayana, said to have been used since before the 5th century.

By listening to the overtones produced by the singing bowl and bathing the whole body in the vibrations in the air, it is believed that every cell and the mind resonate, bringing a profound sense of peace.

Its tones are also said to contain 1/f fluctuations.
