In recent years, Solfeggio frequencies have been attracting attention in the fields of naturopathy and music therapy.
Often referred to as an “ancient scale,” the Solfeggio scale was used in Gregorian chant and consists of nine different frequencies.
Among them, the highest frequency, 963 Hz, is said to be the “frequency that connects with the cosmos.”

Among the sounds of nature, the roar of a waterfall seems particularly powerful.
It’s said that playing the sound of a waterfall for a baby can sometimes stop them from crying.
It may help improve concentration, promote better sleep, induce relaxation, ease nighttime crying in infants, and even reduce headaches.
Since people have practiced ascetic training at waterfall basins since long ago, perhaps it’s that, despite being loud, the sound doesn’t feel noisy—that quality might be what makes it so appealing.

However, just like with instruments, it’s said that tuning forks can be used to tune various parts of the body—organs, cells, even DNA.

A singing bowl is a sacred ritual instrument passed down in Nepalese Buddhism and Tibetan Vajrayana, said to have been used since before the 5th century.
By listening to the overtones produced by the singing bowl and bathing the whole body in the vibrations in the air, it is believed that every cell and the mind resonate, bringing a profound sense of peace.
Its tones are also said to contain 1/f fluctuations.

He is an American composer who is well known in the world of minimal music.
On the album “Siri Camel,” which includes this piece, he draws on his studies of Indian music and incorporates Eastern musical elements into electronic compositions.
The work has a strong reputation and is said to be great as background music for meditation.
