Masaharu Fukuyama appears in SoftBank’s disaster-preparedness-themed commercial.

It introduces a class on disaster preparedness using smartphones, offered through SoftBank’s smartphone workshops.

The background music is Fukuyama’s signature song “Kazoku ni Narou yo” (“Let’s Become a Family”), but for this commercial they used a special version with an original arrangement.

It might be interesting to compare it with the original and listen for the differences.

“He Was A Dandy, She Was A Belle From Dimples” is used in a fun commercial where the Shiroto family becomes pinball targets, and the service is introduced through the voices that play when the ball hits them.

The singer is Shirley Temple, who would later become a Hollywood actress.

From the very beginning, a cheerful harmonica melody plays, and Shirley’s delightfully buoyant singing makes it the kind of song that makes you want to go hiking or for a stroll!

This song is used in the commercial for the Minna Kazoku-wari (Everyone Family Discount) service, the Shirato Family “Ryoma Finally Finds His Older Brother!!” edition.

Watching a cute child grow up is truly a joy, isn’t it? Seeing a child who was once a tiny baby now walking hand in hand with you is so adorable it overflows with love.

Kiyama Yusaku’s “home,” which sings about those precious family moments and warmth, is the perfect song for parents with children.

As a ballad, it’s also a moving song that, of course, can strengthen the parent–child bond when kids listen to it too.

SoftBank “You don’t have to debut” Version

SoftBank corporate commercial: “You don’t have to debut.”

When spring comes and life in a new environment begins, we sometimes tense up thinking, “I’ll do my best as a new me!” That kind of overreaching is often called an ‘XX debut,’ like a high school debut or a college debut.

In this SoftBank commercial, a warm message—‘you don’t have to make that kind of debut’—is conveyed through an original song.

The vocals for this BGM are by Jack Sugimori from the rock band THIS IS JAPAN.

His passionate, powerful voice is truly captivating.

SoftBank “SpoNavi Live” Shirato Family “Dance” Version

Mandy Sekiguchi becomes the “Shirato Family” big brother, traded with Dante: “I feel the same vibe” — SoftBank ‘SpoNavi Live’ new TV commercial “Dance” version

That comical commercial really makes you laugh, doesn’t it? The song used in the “SoftBank White Family ‘Dance’” spot for SpoNavi Live is the one that sparked a huge craze after its 2003 release.

It’s one of the popular tracks by the dance-vocal group EXILE, and originally a song by ZOO, the group that member HIRO used to belong to.

Many people have probably tried copying that choreography where you line up in a single file and move in a circle.

It’s a very positive dance number that gives you energy just by listening.
