This footage is a Glico “Pucchin Pudding” commercial that aired starting in 1995.

The ad features Scatman John, who was a huge sensation at the time, and uses a parody of his signature song “Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)” as the jingle.

It’s such a catchy, infectious tune that just listening to it gets you grooving, so I bet a lot of people still remember it even now.
