Raise your fist to the skyOkuda Tamio

The 2012 single “Raise Your Fist to the Sky,” which was used in commercials like the “Everyone’s Beer Hall” version.
When it comes to Tamio Okuda and Sapporo Beer, the live event “the PERFECT LIVE” also leaves a strong impression.
The punchy guitar sound from the intro gets your heart racing, and expressing a toast as “raise your fist to the sky” is rock ’n’ roll and super cool! Okuda’s warm, generous vocals are wonderful, embracing everything and adding color to any toast.
Walking on the cloudsFujihara Sakura

Sakura Fujiwara is a singer-songwriter known for songs like Soup, the theme for the drama Love Song.
This track opens her major-label debut a la carte and was featured in Sapporo Beer’s “140 Years of Pride” commercial.
The buoyant piano gives it an irresistible lightness that makes you want to skip along! The lyrics, which express feelings like “If I’m with you, I can go anywhere,” pair perfectly with that fluffy, floating mood.
Influenced by diverse music and distilling it into pop, Sakura Fujiwara’s charm—and her comfortably smoky voice—also exude a stylish, Western pop vibe.
Give it a relaxed listen on a gentle rainy day or after the rain lets up.
Generation of GlassSano Motoharu

It was released in 1980 as Motoharu Sano’s second single.
The song was used in the summer of 1993 as the commercial tune for Sapporo Beer’s “Gin Shikomi Nama Beer,” featuring Noriyuki Higashiyama of Shonentai.
The lyrics and music were written by Motoharu Sano, and it has become one of his signature songs.
The Third ManAnton Karas

This commercial says, “Where there are eateries full of great faces, there’s Yebisu.” It shows several different restaurants, and it’s striking how both the patrons and the staff are all smiling and enjoying themselves.
The background music is The Third Man, a familiar tune in Yebisu ads.
Known in Japan by its title Daisan no Otoko (The Third Man), it’s a song many people will surely recognize.
Let’s have a drink here.taka ando toshi

In the Hokkaido-exclusive beer Sapporo Classic commercial, the duo Taka and Toshi, who are from Hokkaido, make an appearance.
This installment is titled “Hometown Friends,” and shows them reminiscing with their local friends, Sapporo Classic in hand.
The direction, which spotlights the land of Hokkaido, is particularly appealing.
The gentle background music is an original song created for the commercial, titled “Let’s Drink Here.” It’s sung by Taka and Toshi, and their unpretentious, down-to-earth vocals add an extra touch of warmth.
IchibanboshiTRIPLANE

This song is included on TRIPLANE’s first mini album, Ichibanboshi, which was released in 2011.
Since all the members are from Hokkaido, the song was chosen as the image song for Sapporo Beer’s Hokkaido-area-only commercial, “Cheers to Hokkaido’s Dreams.”
The Third Man

Speaking of the Yebisu Beer theme song, it’s The Third Man, which is also used as the departure melody at Ebisu Station.
In this commercial, the concept supports both a friend setting off on a new journey and oneself striving in Japan.
Yuki Yamada delivers a fine performance as the self working hard in Japan.
