This song is included on Yuichi Ohata’s cover album “SMALL TOWN TALK: ‘Acoustic Life’ Covers,” released in 2008.
It is a cover of a 1955 song by The Platters, and it was used as the commercial song for Sapporo Beer’s Hokkaido-only “Sapporo Classic.”
Hee, hee, hee, hee,EPO

Released in 1983 as EPO’s fifth single.
The song was used in a Sapporo Beer “Ajiwai Kobo” TV commercial and, for the first time since her debut, reached the Oricon Top 10 with this track, becoming EPO’s biggest hit.
It also received many other tie-ins.
The hottest summer in the worldPRINCESS PRINCESS

It was released in 1987 as Princess Princess’s second single.
It became a hit, selling over 800,000 copies, and topped the Oricon Singles Chart for two consecutive releases.
The band reunited in 2012, and the song was used in a commercial for Sapporo Ice Lager 7 in which they themselves appeared.
Three Orange Flames of Lovechara+yuki

chara+yuki was a unit formed by CHARA and YUKI, the vocalist of JUDY AND MARY who was on hiatus at the time, and it released its only single in 1999.
The song was used in a Sapporo Beer “Fuyu Monogatari” (Winter Story) commercial, and the phrase “Ai no Hi Mittsu” refers to “the secrets of love.”

Released in 1995 as Cousin’s third single.
The song was used in Sapporo Beer’s “Fuyu Monogatari” commercial and reached No.
8 on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart, making it Cousin’s biggest hit and their only single to enter the Oricon top 10.
