JR West Group “Life Design” Version / “Mobility Services” Version


These are two commercials that present a glimpse of JR West’s near-future vision.
The “Life Design” version showcases the future of real estate and community development, while the “Mobility Services” version introduces the future of transportation, travel, and hotels.
They propose a wonderful vision of the future, and watching them is truly exciting.
JR Kyushu: “Let’s Take Off and Walk! Fukuoka–Oita Sightseeing Campaign”Hakata Hanamaru Daikichi

This is a commercial for a tourism campaign in Oita and Fukuoka by JR Kyushu.
The stars are the popular comedy duo Hakata Hanamaru and Daikichi, both from Fukuoka Prefecture.
The CM features enticing sightseeing spots and local cuisine from each prefecture, and many viewers are sure to think, “I want to go visit!” The retro style, reminiscent of early Heisei-era music shows, also leaves a strong impression.
JR East TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY “The Mysterious Gateway Appears” VersionShinichi Tsutsumi, Ami Toma

This is a promotional commercial for Takanawa Gateway City, which is set to open in spring 2025.
It begins with a scene where Ami Tohma asks a JR East employee played by Shinichi Tsutsumi, “What is this gate?” Then, while Tsutsumi is explaining, Tohma goes ahead and opens the door on her own… The contrast between Tohma’s innocence and Tsutsumi’s earnestness is striking, making it a commercial that excites you just by watching.
JR Central: Tokyo Thrills “Night View” EditionSosuke Ikematsu, Yuka Mukaizato

This commercial shows Sosuke Ikematsu heading out to see Tokyo’s night view after his partner suggests, “Let’s go see the night skyline sometime.” At first, Ikematsu says, “Night views all look the same, right?” But once he actually visits Tokyo and sees the city lights, he’s captivated by a beauty beyond what he imagined.
With the tagline “Tokyo Zokuzoku,” the commercial promotes sightseeing in Tokyo using JR Central (JR Tokai).
JR East ‘Designing Tomorrow: Community Building’ VersionMinami Hamabe

In this commercial, a person claiming to be Minami Hamabe’s future daughter appears and says she has come from the future to see Tokyo in the past.
The narration in the commercial highlights JR East’s philosophy of working to create a future where people can live with enriched hearts.
