海外のスカ。押さえておきたい代表的なバンドまとめ

「SKA」は1950年代から1960年代にかけてジャマイカで生まれた音楽ジャンルで、アメリカのジャズやR&B、ジャマイカのフォーク音楽と呼ばれる「メント」などの影響を受けて誕生したと言われています。

スカについてほとんど知らないという方であっても、2、4拍目が強調されたビートを一度は耳にしたことがあるはず、と言うくらいに実はスカの要素はさまざまなジャンルの中で取り入れられているのですね。
