This commercial showcases, through Kanna Hashimoto’s presence, the kind of beauty you can achieve with Bioliss Pure Retouch.
It highlights hair that shines as if in a photograph, and her gentle smile conveys a clear sense of confidence.
Further accentuating the bright, refreshing mood of the visuals is the song “Hana Uranai” by LEEVELLES.
The buoyant band sound layered with soft vocals is striking, and the way it gradually builds toward the chorus conveys a strong sense of hope.
Serious (Maji) SUNSHINEHey! Say! JUMP
This song is a commercial jingle written specifically for a TV ad.
Since there’s no official note saying it was custom-written, I interpret it as essentially a tie-in track.
However, because they are KOSE’s image ambassadors, I see it as a release focused on matching the commercial’s image.
In fact, with such a lineup of handsome members promoting it, I think many people naturally end up paying attention to the ad.
The dance performed in the commercial—could it be choreographed to evoke sunscreen that protects you from UV rays? Doesn’t that subtly come across?

Misty BlueSaijō Hideki
It was released in 1985 as Hideki Saijo’s 51st single.
The song was used in a commercial for KOSÉ Cosmetics’ “Natsu Onna Sonia,” and there’s an anecdote that during the period when the song was being used in KOSÉ’s ad campaign, The Night Hit Studio—sponsored by Shiseido and Noevir, which were competitors of Kanebo—had Hideki Saijo appear performing a different song.
BRIGHTŌtsuji Naoyuki

This is a song included on “Welcome to TOKYO,” the single released by Sandaime J Soul Brothers from EXILE TRIBE in November 2016, and it was used in KOSE’s 70th-anniversary commercial.
This video is a cover version.
PARASAIL ~Theme of Shurwhite~Kadamatsu Toshiki

It was released in 1990 as Toshiki Kadomatsu’s 15th single.
The song was used as a KOSE commercial image song, features extensive choral parts, and was later included on the instrumental album “LEGACY OF YOU” in a different arrangement from the single.
Blue Sky BlueFlower

The Fasio series commercial that became a hot topic features E-girls, who were brought on as new brand ambassadors.
It demonstrates that even when you dance with mascara on and work up a sweat, it still holds.
The product is promoted with the message, “Beautiful, long-lasting, won’t come off.” While everyone appearing is a member of E-girls, the song used in the commercial is by Flower.
Since some members overlap between the groups, the presentation feels completely natural.
YELLOWInaba Hiroshi

This is a downloadable single released by Koshi Inaba in 2016.
Written specifically as the theme song for KOSÉ’s “Sports Beauty” commercial, it’s a refreshing, fast-paced rock number.
Because the lyrics used in the commercial were too bright and not to Inaba’s preferred balance, they were changed to something almost the opposite.
A short movie was released simultaneously with the digital release, featuring edited footage from his past solo live performances.
