JR East Tomorrow’s DESIGN: ‘Employee Ideas’ EditionMinami Hamabe, Kaito Sakurai

This is a JR East commercial introducing new services born from employees’ ideas, such as renting baby strollers at stations.
In addition to Minami Hamabe, the ad features her future children appearing from the future, and Hamabe’s slightly bewildered reaction to the situation is also a key highlight.
JR Central: Off to Nara, the ‘Asuka’ editionRyohei Suzuki

In the JR Central travel campaign commercial “Iza Iza Nara,” this installment highlights the charms of Asuka Village.
It opens with scenes of the Ishibutai Kofun and the Masuda Iwafune, then Ryohei Suzuki goes on to visit one famous spot after another around Asuka Village.
It ends with a shot of him enjoying delicious-looking dishes at the traditional house restaurant Da terra, leaving a strong impression of someone fully savoring all that Asuka Village has to offer.
Many viewers from outside the prefecture were likely intrigued, thinking, “I had no idea there was a place like this in Nara’s Asuka Village!”
NTT Facilities: “Creating the future of facilities together” (version)

This is a commercial for NTT Facilities, whose mission is to leverage facilities such as the buildings and equipment owned by companies.
It depicts a female employee working together with senior colleagues and partner companies to enhance the value of these facilities.
Although facilities and the concept of increasing their value may feel unfamiliar, this commercial serves as an opportunity to learn about them.
au “Child GPS Watch: Anshin Watcher” Version

This is an introductory commercial for a safety watcher device that, when carried by a child, lets you receive notifications that they’ve left school and check their location.
It portrays the feelings of parents watching over their child’s growth, and I think parents of elementary schoolers can relate.

AEON “Randoseru 2026” Edition

This is an introductory commercial for Aeon’s Karu-Spo Yell school backpack, which is appealing for its light weight, storage capacity, and comfortable fit.
Through footage of children wearing the backpack as they dance and smile brightly, it clearly conveys the thorough focus on ease of use.
Open House “Gita: Can’t Step On It” version / “Gita: I Stepped On It” versionYuki Yanagita

This is an Open House commercial that airs only in the Fukuoka area.
When Yuki Yanagita hits the ball and runs to first base, the Open House logo is, surprisingly, placed right on the base.
In the “Can’t Step On It” version, he’s called out while hesitating because he can’t bring himself to step on the sponsor’s logo.
In the “Ends Up Stepping On It” version, after wavering, he gently steps on it.
It’s a charming ad with the kind of humor that’s typical of Open House commercials.
Kikkoman Soy Milk: “Morning Full Protein” EditionKento Hayashi

This commercial from Kikkoman for their soy milk highlights that typical breakfasts tend to be low in protein.
It shows that adding a glass of soy milk to your usual breakfast helps you get an ideal amount of protein.
By featuring not only unsweetened soy milk but also sweetened/regular varieties, it also promotes the habit as a delicious way to start your day.
