This is a series of commercials for Suntory TORYS Highball cans featuring actress Yuriko Yoshitaka.
Seeing Yoshitaka enjoying TORYS Highball in various at-home situations has likely inspired many viewers to try copying her.
The gravelly narration by Yusaku Yara is a great touch, and it’s also fun that the background music is a parody with original vocals by Kohei Dojima of “Katsushika Rhapsody.”

The Pocari Sweat commercials have become well-known for featuring Yoh Yoshida and Rio Suzuki as a mother-daughter duo.
In 2023, Keiko Matsuzaka joined as well, playing a graceful lady passing by, resulting in a humorous ad that conveys the importance of summer hydration.
The song used in this series of commercials is Eiichi Ohtaki’s “Atsusa no Sei” (“Because of the Heat”).
This previously unreleased track by Ohtaki, with its simply repeated lyrics, really gives you the feeling that the heat is throwing something out of balance.

This is a Suntory commercial featuring the three members of Atarashii Chizu—Goro Inagaki, Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, and Shingo Katori—encouraging the recycling of plastic bottles.

The Asahi Life commercial featuring Miho Kanno is titled “Life Is a Book.” In the product explanation for the long-term care insurance plan Anshin Kaigo, it introduces the idea that life is a single book and that each person’s story should be cherished.
